1. Overview
At Earthbeauty, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this Refund Policy to provide clarity on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
This policy applies to all services offered by Earthbeauty, including individual sessions, programs, and digital products.
2. Discovery Session Refund Policy
The Discovery Session is a one-time, 60-minute consultation offered online or in-person.
2.1 Cancellation and Refund Terms
More than 24 hours before session
100% refund or free rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at no cost. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
Less than 24 hours before session
No refund, rescheduling subject to availability
Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds. We may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion.
No-show (missed session)
No refund, no rescheduling
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you forfeit the session fee.
2.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your Discovery Session once at no additional cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a €25 administrative fee.
2.3 Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel your session due to instructor unavailability or other circumstances, you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- Priority rescheduling at a time convenient for you
3. Pause Blueprint Refund Policy
The Pause Blueprint includes a 45-minute intake session and a personalized written plan delivered within 7-10 business days.
3.1 Cooling-Off Period
You have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, you may cancel for a full refund, provided:
- The intake session has not yet taken place, or
- The written blueprint has not been delivered
3.2 After Intake Session
Once the intake session has been completed, you may cancel before receiving the written blueprint for a 50% refund. The intake session fee is non-refundable as the service has been partially delivered.
3.3 After Blueprint Delivery
Once the written Pause Blueprint has been delivered, the service is considered complete, and no refunds are available. If you are dissatisfied with the blueprint, please contact us within 7 days, and we will offer one round of revisions at no additional cost.
3.4 Follow-Up Session
The included 2-week check-in call can be rescheduled once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not use the check-in call within 60 days of blueprint delivery, it will expire with no refund.
4. Foundations Program Refund Policy
The Foundations Program is an 8-week educational program with weekly sessions and materials.
4.1 Cooling-Off Period
You have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. You may cancel for a full refund if:
- The program has not yet started, or
- You have attended no more than one session
4.2 After First Session
After attending the first session, you may withdraw from the program and receive a pro-rata refund based on the number of sessions remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
Refund calculation:
Refund = (Number of sessions not attended ÷ 8) × Total program fee × 0.80
4.3 After Four Sessions
After attending four or more sessions (50% of the program), no refunds are available. You may continue to access program materials and attend remaining sessions.
4.4 Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan and wish to cancel:
- You are responsible for payments for sessions already attended
- Future installments will be canceled
- Any refund due will be calculated based on the terms above
4.5 Missed Sessions
If you miss a session, you may access the session recording (if available) at no additional cost. Missed sessions do not extend the program duration or entitle you to a refund.
5. 30-Day Challenge Refund Policy
The 30-Day Pause Challenge is a self-guided program delivered via daily emails over 30 consecutive days.
5.1 Before Challenge Starts
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the challenge start date. The challenge begins on the date you select during registration.
5.2 Within First 7 Days
You may cancel within the first 7 days of the challenge for a full refund, provided you have not attended any optional group check-in sessions.
5.3 After 7 Days
After the first 7 days, no refunds are available. The challenge materials are delivered daily, and the service is considered substantially provided.
5.4 Group Check-Ins
The four optional weekly group check-in sessions are included in the challenge fee. If you do not attend these sessions, no partial refund is available.
5.5 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing you from receiving daily emails, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue or provide a pro-rata refund for days affected.
6. Group Program Refund Policy
Group programs (e.g., corporate workshops, team sessions) have specific terms that may differ from individual programs.
6.1 Standard Group Terms
- More than 30 days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before start: No refund
6.2 Custom Group Programs
Custom group programs may have different refund terms specified in your service agreement. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.
6.3 Minimum Enrollment
If a group program does not meet minimum enrollment requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the program. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
7.1 Submit a Request
Contact us via email at service@earthbeauty.world with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address used for booking
- Booking reference number or order ID
- Service or program name
- Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
7.2 Confirmation
We will acknowledge your refund request within 1 business day and confirm whether your request meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
7.3 Approval
If your refund is approved, we will process it according to the timeline specified below. If your refund is denied, we will explain the reason and offer alternative solutions where possible.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved, processing times vary depending on your payment method:

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We have no control over this timeline once the refund has been processed on our end.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.
8.2 Currency
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. If your bank or payment provider applies currency conversion fees, we are not responsible for these charges.
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider refund requests outside the standard policy terms in the following situations:
9.1 Medical Emergencies
If you are unable to attend due to a serious medical emergency (yours or an immediate family member's), please contact us with supporting documentation. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion.
9.2 Bereavement
In the event of a death in your immediate family, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost, regardless of the timing.
9.3 Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) prevent you from attending, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling, credit toward future services, or a partial refund.
9.4 Service Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 7 days of the session or program completion. We will investigate your concerns and may offer:
- A complimentary follow-up session
- Additional materials or resources
- A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
10.1 Contact Us First
If you have a dispute regarding a charge or refund, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
10.2 Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider
- Your access to our services may be suspended pending resolution
- If the chargeback is found to be unjustified, you may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
10.3 Resolution Process
We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. If we cannot reach a mutually acceptable resolution, you may pursue dispute resolution through the methods outlined in our Terms of Use.
11. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Digital downloads and materials once accessed
- Promotional or discounted services (unless otherwise stated)
- Gift certificates or vouchers (unless required by law)
- Administrative fees and processing charges
- Services provided by third-party partners
12. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
However, any changes to this policy will not affect refund requests for services purchased before the policy change.
